CLAY CLUB LEVEL 2

Age 10+

 

Our regular Clay Club runs every week during term time, this course develops a range of clay building techniques including coiling, slab building and an introduction to wheel throwing. Each half term looks at a different artist and theme to inspire our projects and making. 

 

Kids will see their projects through from start to finish and paint and glaze their own work to take home. 
 

A considered balance of child-led exploration and structured technique. Students bring their own ideas and direction alongside class themes, while our teachers introduce more advanced methods to help them execute with greater precision and confidence.

With our new wheel station in the studio we will be exploring wheel throwing as a core part of the course.
